Although the process was not always easy (what is in life), you were able to rise up and rise above any adversity and take my mother's care as your first priority...I want to personally thank you for your patience, caring hearts...You should all be very proud of the contribution you have made in this world through your ability to deal with the elderly with style, compassion and grace."
